Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
If your tracking information does not show updates immediately, it may mean that the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once scanned into their system, tracking details will be available.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Address Accuracy & Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Babyclipstoreis not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Important Notes:
If you contact the final-mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and request a forwarding or redirection, we are not responsible if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you may need to pay additional shipping fees to have it re-shipped.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages due to varying production times. As a result:
