1/ PROCESSING TIME:
All our products are created On Demand and Cut and Sewed by hand! This means once you order a product the printing process starts. We use the best printers in the biz to ensure a great end product. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after order is placed.
During high volume order periods, processing time may vary.

2/ SHIPPING TIME:
We currently provide shipping within the United States only.
Most in-stock orders are shipped within 7-10 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.
Orders received after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday,

We offer Flat Rate Standard Shipping at $6.95 for all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after your package is handed to USPS for final mile delivery.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO military addresses may take additional time.

4/ UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
