Shipping Policy

1/ PROCESSING TIME:

All our products are created On Demand and Cut and Sewed by hand! This means once you order a product the printing process starts. We use the best printers in the biz to ensure a great end product. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after order is placed.

During high volume order periods, processing time may vary.

Working time: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 EST

2/ SHIPPING TIME:

We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. The shipping time really depends on your country’s logistics system. This table may help you measure the shipping time easier.

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 7-10 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. 

Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday,

*This doesn’t include the processing time (3 to 7 days). The shipping time starts when the products are already packaged and leave the warehouse.

*All PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

3/ SHIPPING COSTS:

 We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100 within the United States. Once your order leaves our warehouse, packages are always transferred from UPS to USPS for final mile delivery. After receiving the package USPS delivers within 7-10 days on average. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and to military base APO/FPO will take additional time.

+STANDARD SHIPPING:

A flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies to all standard orders under $100 within the USA. International shipping rates may vary.

Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email.

4/ UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
